2 Landscapes from today, and a photo from the many I took to paint at home that I thought worked nicer as a photo than as a painting.

BUNCHA STUFF

Ok, here is a bunch of stuff. First, I've been building some lightweight travel easel setups for landscape painting, and here are the first paintings done using my new setup.

So here are a couple of pics of my box attached to the tripod. (Attached via quick release)Adjustable lid.
Here is a nicer one I made. (previous one is my messy prototype)

Here are a couple of paintings I did like a year ago and totally forgot about.

Did these this weekend. They're on gessoed board and I'mma paint them.

Here is a drawing I just did, kinda as a random fun time drawing post Siren. It is also the first of a number of old sketches/comps that I'm going back to and making nice. Here is the drawing, a color study, and the original, courtesy of illustration 2.

Now that I iz done with my comic for Siren, I'll try to start posting here again. Here is a random doodle page from hanging out tonight. Also I have some landscapes on the way that I did over the weekend.

A study from tonight. 2'x4' oil 2 hours.

My submission for the sketchbook competition. Thinking I shoulda made the sketches smaller and fit more on, but oh well.
